Pale lemon green in appearance. Very distinct nose with wax, crayon and a little bit of lemon. Balanced acidity (6/10) and medium bodied. Layered with minerality, spices, a touch wax with ton of citrus. Long finish. Drink till 2022.

Retiscent nose that is slightly nutty and chalky with some fresh lemon juice and a whiff of gunpowder. On the palate reminds me of a high quality muscadet with fresh squeezed lemon, some tart yellow fruit notes including yellow apple and maybe some yellow nectarine, a distinct smoke ( but not the coche duty like sense of the first bottle, underlying flowers, and tangy acidity. Some undertones of nuttiness and oxidized characteristics but they are integrated and in place. Still well structured, but does not seem as nuanced and deep as the last bottle.

A steal at auction. Not a crowd pleasr, but delicious for this guy and an amazing nerd wine. Nose powerful with all things NSG. Smoke, brie rind, heavy minerality, funk, slight animal notes. Practically all secondary with a bit of stonefruit and a surprising saline spine. Juicy and viscous on the palate with added walnut notes. finished refreshing and long with just a slight oak note. Cool!!!
