This ok 2 hrs to open up. Started a bit shrill and with "dead wine" undertones that cleared up. Hard to call as a Borg. Fully mature but still with terrific acidity and tannic structure. Nose of dark chocolate, figs, leather dark cherry liquor , menthol, sweet dark cherry. On the palate, burnt orange, balsamic, figs, Roasted nuts. Drying tannins on finish. Terrific, and evolved over hours
