At Red Sky. Nice bright malic acidity, great with risotto and mussels. Think a Granny Smith Apple. Got a little tart drinking by it by itself.

Cuddly, fleshy when warm. Cool it and it pushes you away. Oyster shells scrape like nails on your back. Bites on the finish. Hurts some. /b
