Lots of CO2 in here, so it requires some heavy shaking and/or a long decant. As a general rule, I don't find trousseau to have quite the intrigue that poulsard does, but this one is a little stonier and less simple-fruity (and more structured) than most, with a complexion of cranberry and roses. The fruit unfurls a bit more and picks up a satiny texture once it kicks that CO2, while still having a nice acidic zing. 10% whole cluster according to the importer web page.
