This was amazing with pork belly, black pudding and porcini mushrooms. A wonderful complement - not dominating, just filling in the gaps. Lighter bodied with charcuterie notes, sour cherry, citrus zest.

Dusty, earthy, tanic little number. Perhaps the slightest touch of oxidative effect showing through in a slight mustiness. Good fruit.
