Cuvée de Noble Souche Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Very pretty basic Burgundy. Opened up nicely over the course of an hour.

Enjoyable, straightforward Bourgogne made from grapes mainly sourced in Marsannay.

2017 vintage. Marie and I enjoyed this in Paris. Purchased at Le Vin Qiu Parle on Saint Germain.

Great drinkable wine

First of the 2014s from Domaine Collotte. Simple, fresh and easy drinking. Really nice Bourgogne Rouge

Medium to light body. Still young. Spice on the back. Nice color and fruit. Very drinkable

Had at 3 flags. Fruity and light.

Gentle smoke and lots of earth, followed by savory fruit. Pretty tasty.

Berries and earth. Balanced, but finishes flat.
