This very-southern-rhone GSM blend was fantastic. Relatively light, it reminded me of a burgundy that was flavorful, cherry, smooth tannins, server at the perfect temperatures. ~€90 at El Celler de Can Roca.

Long, smooth legs. Young but somehow complex in its sweet understanding of the world. The weirdness opens up towards the end, right when you want more and it's gone, and really, it's time, it's time.
