Vintage 2011 | Difficult wine, barnyard smell (love or hate), lots character but a difficult character. Screams imo to be combined and drunk with eg a venison steak

Silky smooth, almost too smooth, late summer strawberry burst at the end of the palate. Definitely should be chilled before drinking.

Bursting strawberry and blackberry, touch of black pepper, chocolate and vanilla, hint of bay leaf; medium tannin, medium plus acidity, medium-deep purple. Very pleasant aroma. Rec from Deb at BGarden. $16

This is fine wine but nothing special or interesting
