33 months of lees contact. Golden color, aged to perfection. It’s like walking on the beach, smelling the salt air, enjoying a raw oyster. There is this wonderful lemon note with great viscosity. The acid is still intense. Lovely hay note.

Slightly honeyed without any signs of oxidation. Minerals, almonds & underripe nectarine.

Barely even a note of oxidation. Salty lemons all day, a little vanilla as it warms up

Wonderful white. Incredible scent of floral and buttery combination. Taste is crisp which is compatible with many dishes. Lacking depth though.
