I drank the “energies” Alsace white blend (35% pinot blanc, 35 reisling, 20 pinot gris, 10 muscat). Offdry, mineral and bright acidity maybe some kiwi and lemon flavor, not very “grapey”. Ok and refreshing but not very complex.
