This is a great rose. Such a fresh but deep nose. It’s got deep fruit (strawberry and guava maybe(?), but there is the unmistakable fragrance of a burbling stream bouncing down a hillside. The depth of flavor of a red, but still with freshness and a soft, pillowy texture. Good acids for such a hot year. Great stuff to be enjoying on the deck on an atypically unhumid evening in the DC area.
