В целом сбалансировано, элегантно, минерально, при этом имеет структуру и яркий #фруктовый характер. Чуть алкоголь заметнее, чем хотелось. Но в целом очень хорошо :)

May 29th, 2018A little too hot on the palate for me but otherwise a solid CdP blanc. Floral and tropical fruits with some phenolic bitterness and a light roundness in my mouth. Drink now with, and hear me out, sashimi... or chicken with a lemon caper buerre blanc.

Really complex nose that cycles through all manner of fruit: pear, mango (says my daughter Emma), orange oil, peach, banana. Even a whiff of mint leaves. Deep stony minerality underlying it all. Rich, warm and pure in the mouth. No great length or complexity on the palate, but loads of character and fun.
