Green and yellow apple notes with a hint of dill and cucumber and yellow squash on the nose. Bigger bubbles, that drop into a lemon-lime pocket. Really nice from there with a buoyant spritz of acidity, and a tart citric finish.

Jul 3rd, 2016This became one of my favorite wines. It's not as sweet as Moscato, but the tart citrus flavors just enhance and balance the sweetness perfectly. It's a sparkling and refreshing wine.
