Very elegant, restrained, and clear as a bell. Fruit is ripe pomegranate and wild berry - there is a suggestion of underbrush, spice, and sauvage but the overall impression is of pure clean fruit. A touch simple but quite enjoyable with pork chops and fresh fava beans on day 1, and a mushroom and spring onion quiche on day 2.
