Surprisingly delicious, traditional Chablis. Very briny, high acid profile with chalky oyster shell character balanced by Meyer lemon and white peach.

Very mineral nose : wet stone and limestone, oyster shell. The palate is rather mineral too: strong avid backbone, some lemon, some chalky texture and a good grip. The finish is rather long. With nice flowery notes. Good chablis village

Chablis, in my opinion, is made for accompanying food rather than unaccompanied consumption. This one goes well with mussels and fish. 16/10-2017

Slightly lacking at fridge temp but grows complexity as it warms. Almost a different wine. Solid wine I would. It again without the wow factor.

Fresh and lively with a lengthy mineral finish. Pairs very well with lobster tails and drawn butter.
