a bit disappointing but 89 was a flashy pretty vintage not expected to be long-lived. Bitter at first, the wine softened and there was some fruit, became a nice quaff but not much more.

Aug 29th, 2021from a "restaurant" vintage, this has aged beautifully and is a classy refined Chambolle drinking at peak. Gorgeous nose, balance, and fruit. What a pleasure.
