Slight leakage in the capsule. Fill level was good. I think the fruit here is beginning to fade. This is an elegant Savigny Les Beaune. Tasty. Tart.

2006. Graphite, red and dark fruit, some notes of white pepper. Developed fantastically over the course of about 2 hours and worked very well with sole in a dashi broth, veal sweet breads, and cheese.
