Day 2 notes - this wine has one of the more incredible piercing cores of fruit imaginable. Stunningly pure and refined nose of dark berry fruits and wet earthy. Lots of stones and wonderful herbs. The story is the palate which is packed and stuffed with precise red and black berry fruit. Concentrated and so piercing yet fresh and lively. Can’t imagine what 5 years in cellar would do.
