Domaine Bousquet
Brut Pinot Noir Chardonnay
Had this over 2 years ago, tried a new batch. Pale lemon with aromas of stone fruits, floral and biscuit notes with tiny bubbles. On the palate flavors of apple and ripe pear, almond and yeasty tones. Medium finish, lively acidity ending with some minerality and toasty notes. Good value.

Jan 25th, 2020Had another chance to taste this. Clear bright yellow color with light tiny bubbles. Aromas of stone fruits and floral scents. The palate shows pear and green apple in a vivid acidic frame. Tart and dry, the wine finishes with some minerality and yeasty notes. Ok, good value. Tasting Sample.

Jul 24th, 2017There's no year. No vintage. But damn, this was the best bubbly we had on that sailboat. And later, not on the sailboat, it was again amazing. Not twice as good as the 90+ prosecco we had afterward, but amazingness isn't linear. Will keep looking for this. Seems hard to find.
