Been a while. Sadly i don’t work with them no more as the market for Coulanges is not what I thought it was. Lovely wine. Dusty cherries, Earth, tweed, good depth and wonderful authenticity. Lovely freshness and good sour cherry fruit. Elegant and juicy. Uncomplicated and authentic.

Delicious fruit nice depth. Great acidity. Nice minerality. Hint of green pepper on the nose. Still tight. Not much aromatically at this point and a short finish but god this tastes good and makes me happy.

Nose has a bit of dusty funk to start. There is some sour cherry. A bit closed aromatically. Palate is crunchy and fresh with nice light cherry fruit. Good concentration and freshness. Nice sap. Really refined for something so humble. Delicious. Perfect Tuesday night wine. Hope nose gets better.

UPDATE - - Nose got much better. Floral, spice sour cherry awesome.

I love the charming rusticity of this wine. It's really opened up a lot since I offered it last. Nose of cherries, a hint of strawberry and some mineral. Also wet earth. It's really deep this time. Impressive. Palate is juicy and fresh with loads of ebullient cherry fruit. Lovely freshness and ripe, rustic tannins finish it out. Exactly what it is and nails it.

Fass Selections Glou-Glou. I love it. Tangy tart dusty cranberry and cherry on the nose. Lovely dusty/earth/cherry combo. What Coulanges is all about. Like Irancy but less tannic. Lovely barely sweet cherry fruit and dusty tannins. For the 15-16 this goes for it is a lovely drink. Needs air. Good juicy structure.
