2000 Rouge "Tradition". Finished up a great few days with Jean-Paul Versino & co by drinking this puppy. Quite tight upon opening, but became sweetly-spicy, and very open after a couple hours.

Cedar and dried red fruit aromas and flavors, this is mature, drinking very well, medium-long finish, nice older CdP.
