First bottle of a little at home Domaine Bohn tasting, an old family-owned Alsatian producer. Outstanding NV 100% Riesling. Floral yet dry, notes of pineapple and minerals. A pretty heavy white at 14.1% abv, but doesn't feel like it. The Schieferberg vines are grown in Precambrian shale 💀
