Co-fermented Pinot Noir grapes in Pinot Gris & Riesling juice.
Very PN in colour & in the nose, very fresh with fresh strawberry & wild strawberry, some moist undergrowth.
On the palate this is light, fresh & very sappy. Reminds me a lot of Jura Ploussards.
This is unconventional yet utterly delicious! Love it!!
