Cuvée of Riesling/Pinot Gris/Pinot Noir
Deep golden hue and pronounced honey in the nose, with some renclode & mirabelle plums, overripe sour apples and a hint of ginger. On the plate with nice weight and brilliant bright acidity. Apples & plums but also white tea tannins and hints of honey. The acacia barrel perfectly integrated. Great purity and sense of origin with a mineral streak. This is a beautiful wine.
