Cinnamon spiked lemon slushee. Spice baked apples and pears - big and deep in a sea of Loire lightweights.
It’s a little reductive at first - you’ll get a musty sulfur note, but no worries it blows off with a little 02.
This is sophisticated Chenin- structured, elegant, underpriced.
For when we’re thinking fall and it’s still hot as hell.

Really delicious. Baked apple, candied Meyer lemon, overripe pineapple, but with more freshness on the palate and long finish
