Hanami is year after year one of the best values I can find. I’m careful with Cab Franc the way I am with Chardonnay. The good ones are beautiful and the bad ones are whiplash.
This is deep and complete and a textural therapy. Smells like cinnamon and cocoa powder and wild strawberries. Tastes like raspberries and blood oranges.
Feels like sweat pants right out the dryer; or melted milk chocolate.

smells like dewy grass and wet clay. lots of zing, slight grapefruit vibe. gr8 start to rare weekend alone in the apartment. peppery too
