An incredibly well structured wine. An absolute beast. Bigger than some Hermitage I’ve had, even on day 2. Lots of herbaceous notes on this wine. Even with it being so big and structured, there is still very nice acidity. Very well made wine, especially for the price!

Great Saint Joseph for a stormy night. Crushed berries, sage, anise, tobacco. Fresh and bright but also rich and meaty. Really impressive-all the more so for the price.

Good #stjoseph - plum sauce, black fruit, some cured meat notes. Not much black olive notes. Nicely textured on palate, touch of spice - typical if not exemplary wine from this AOC.
