@Delectable Wine. This is not La Perriere version of this wine. (It is just the Saint-Romain Rouge version). Murky ruby color with a dark core. Aromas of tart red fruit and wet soil. Flavors of unripe cherries, pomegranate, cranberries, mushrooms and baking spices. Noticeable earthy note on the Medium finish. Crisp but lacking power. Just a bit too tart and lacking a bit of complexity and depth. (Better with food) Reasonable but not special.
