Vintage 2013 | incredible how Muscadet gains in complexity and finesse after aging. This bottle is made of 60 years old vines and was ‘sur lie’ for 36 months on 50 procent acacia and 50 procent oak barrels. Such a surprise. Tasted in 2018, now 4 years later: creamy minerality in a velvet taste. Paired with beetroot salad as first dish and codd fillet with cauliflower. It makes my evening. Gonna buy more.
