This wine is all about structure. Acidity together with citrus notes and a kind of bitter, tonic-like features rule here. Cries for food - worked nicely with grilled arctic char and green asparagus with beurre montée.

So interesting to drink this with the 89 Chalon. Nutty yet still as fresh as can be.
