Saint-Bris Sauvignon Blanc

This wine tastes like the ending of Cast Away after Tom Hanks delivers the package and doesn't know which road to take. Tears and gravel.

Crispy.

2015. My first Sauvignon blanc from Bourgogne. Super dry but nice.

I do love reasonably priced Saint Bris of a Thursday. It, oddly enough, tastes like the swill from an ash tray, but it's beautiful for it.

$15 from the local good wine shop. One of the few sauv blancs in Bourgogne.

Lack of freshness. Should have had this years ago!

Floral fruity and green. Makes me want to run through a field!

This was the 2012.
