Aromatic. Petrichor, Granny Smith. Wet rocks, bracing acid, sharp attack and then a fairly long finish leaning on the complex side. Rather ethereal and excellent for those who enjoy mineral presence.

Strong citrus and mineral notes, perfect to accompany fish dishes. Dry and complex. All round a very good wine.

Fresh and mineral. First sip a bit of residual co2, but it gets better with the second: very good balance between acidity and fruit.. Really nice with my risotto salicornia and seabass
