Light golden color, Hint of grass, delicate stone fruit yellow apricot, lemon zest with hint of minerality on the nose, no sense of oak. Med to med plus body, high acid, med plus intensity, balanced flavor among savoriness, creaminess with and ripen yellow apple, candied lemon more savory and richer than other crisp sancerre. Looks like malo or leeds effects on here, bit fizzy and texured. Drunk with insalata russa. Delicious wine that had potential to pair with lots of different dishes - cocktail shrimp with vodka sauce, sushi with salmon...etv
