Beautiful Fourchaume Chablis. Notes of crisp apple, citrus, mineral explode from the glass. The mouth-coating acidity is balanced by a sense of fullness and opulence. In terms of style, this is a fuller, richer Chablis rather than steely and crisp. Love it - highly recommended. 2016 vintage on Oct 16, 2018
