Domaine Benoit Ente
Bourgogne Chardonnay
Burgundy, France
Great Bourgogne that could successfully go up against a Villages or 1er Cru. Need some magnums of this...

Jul 28th, 2019This is so good for what it is. Approachable now. Great acid and minerality, but good balance. Seek this out.

Rich orchard fruit, honeysuckle, melon. Big acid, mineral on palate. Round/full/fresh finish. Both precise and vibrant - over a few hours opened up with new, bright, nutty notes.
