Here is your petrol! Could smell it a table away. The residual sugar in this had to be low. Very balanced. Compared to the gewurztraminer we had tonight, this wasn’t sweet in any way. Light and refreshing.

Pure and elegant. Excellent balance of acid to RS. Almost a little bitterness at end that I like. Bit soapy. Best Alsace wine I've ever had remains '05 Weinbach Sylvaner old vine.
