Domaine Bechtold
Silberberg Gewurztraminer
Manages to be energetic and viscous at once. Warm flowers like hibiscus and honeysuckle mingle with pink grapefruit, apricot, dates, almond, peppercorn, and a light smokey note. Ends with a racy acidity that will have you raising your glass to your lips for another sip. A near perfect pairing with delicate soft cheeses, speck, and raisin walnut bread.

It's like putting your nose in a bag of all things wonderful. Sweet but not cloying at all, great balance for a Gewurtztraminer, would love to see this in a decade!
