Bourgogne Aligoté

Very Oceanic olfactory profile for a land-locked Bourgogne. Ocean surf and shrimp skins, lemon and light butter on sole, lime and green onion membrane. Creamy lemon panna cotta immediately turns lime pith, white grapefruit, copper, lemon soda, white pepper ending dry but shimmering along that dry electric nerve toward a distant point on a chalky horizon stippled with orange nectar.

Ex-Cellar - out of Magnum. Good but I think 2009 needs time to unwind a bit.

Very smooth Bourgogne and nice with corn purée
