Surprisingly delicious. Earthy and mineral infused fruit. Lots of energy and sizzle with considerable length and depth. Kind of like seeing a young buck in the woods- looks beautiful but you know it will grow up to be even more.

Pure and elegant.

Straight out of the bottle, it was slightly reductive. Didn't mind it as it didn't mask the subtleties. Blueberry - super blueberry - and dark cherries, lifted by a nice amount of VA. Violets. Very mineral, especially on the palate. Palate staining finish.

Oak spice and earthiness on the second day. Even more mineral. Terrific value. A wine worth seeking out. Reckon it clearly shows it terrior. Ethereal without sacrificing the Clos Du Roy richness and depth.

I feel it's comparable to Pataille's 15 Clos Du Roy, but lighter on it's feet.

Fruity and sweeter on the nose and palate. Cranberries dominate the palate. Nice crisp acidity, young and bright.
