Very nice premier cru from Santenay. Would like to try again in several years as I think this has nice potential. Toward the more restrained side of fruit, but in a very satisfying brine-y way. Very nice mouthfeel with integrated tannins and a long smooth finish. Quite perfect with a buttermilk marinated roast chicken.
