2005 vintage. Straw gold in the glass. Sweet hay and quince on the nose; echoed in the palate. Rich mouthfeel with medium acidity; slightly dark finish. Sugar felt more as weight than pure sweetness, but definitely Moelleux. Great with a plate of French cheeses.

Jan 11th, 2015In my notes from Garagiste, Jon said to wait for 10 years so I buried this in the cellar. I’ve been staring at this for a while thinking I must have waited way too long. I was very wrong. It was Chinese night so figured “why not”. Golden color with a sweet honey profile slathered with minerals and a touch of acidity. Very long finish.
