Mainly Gros Manseng, with one third Petit Manseng and just a tiny percentage of Petit Courbu. Initially a bit shy, but growing on me. Ripe mirabelle prunes, rosemary and flowers. In the mouth it combines concentrated yellow stone fruit with flinty acidity. Long mineral finish with a distinctive saltiness. Intriguing wine that may not be a crowdpleaser, but it has tons of personality.
