2019-09-07 $40. Very acidic and bright. Needs food for me, seafood pairing on a hot summer day to make the citrus notes refreshing rather than overpowering. Shrimp appetizers, maybe oysters.

Actually strangely aromatic in a delightful way. Maybe a little buttery for a French chard. Still very good.
