Semi carbonic maceration. I am not really a fan. Makes Pinot more Gamay like. Whole cluster. Banana in the glass very much like what you expect from a top end Gamay. Herbaceous mostly Oregano. Touch tyme. Dark fruit mostly but hidden. Tasted over 16 hours. Made with care. Yet i am not convinced by this style - it is just me.
