This drinks quite well at the end of a wine night in which too many bottles are opened. It needs 15-20 minutes to open up though.

Herbal menthol notes with tart cherries. Developed on palate but still with excellent acidity. Opened 6 months ago with coravin and similar notes when we opened the bottle recently.
