Quite cranberry (unsweetened) on pop/pour two nights ago, decided to let it chill out for some time. 48H later, this is a little flabby TBH, some funky over-ripe cherry tonight, at least the astringent character has faded. A little disheartened on this bottle.

Ok it’s well known I don’t like pinot noir, so I was a little (just a little) surprised to find this bottle in my cellar 🤷♂️ this one is not the wine to turn my belief and I suppose it will end in a nice sauce or something. It’s very light and thin, a bit sweet like a supermarket cranberry juice. So, not my cup of wine.

В носе виднеется бочка, которая со временем отступает. Кедр, засахаренная черешня, соевый шоколад, лапсан сушонг, лавр.
Вкус сочный и чистый: свежая черешня, лимонад без сахара.
Не очень сложно, но достаточно легко и весьма стройно. Чуть навязчиво. Напоминает неплохой шпет.
