"Elegant" and "polished" are not terms I ordinarily associate with Minervois. Clearly the work of a Burgundian. More funk, please, and more garrigue.

I think this wine has one special direction. Heavy, fruity, spicy, concentrated, and balanced among them, directed by carignan. Very special GS + Carignan with Cinsault. @880, wine plus, 180908
