Delicious wine. Went really well with the paella we had for dinner

This wine surely punched above its weight class. Big boy wine but a hell of a value

Eminently drinkable. Black raspberry, sage, rosemary and grilled meats. Mineral lively palate. Resolved finish. Nice.

Nice cheap date! Nose is a bit feral and meaty, with lots of stony minerality and dark blackberry skins. Almost Northern Rhône like. Full and relatively soft, with surprising acidity for the south, and lots of pure, savory flavors. Great value!

As far as Minervois is concerned....cool to see what is possible.

A very good Thanksgiving dinner pairing!! Maraschino cherry and cranberry on the nose. Black pepper, charcoal, and burnt coffee on the palate. Worked wonders with our smoked turkey.
