Love, love, love this Sancerre! The nose declares Sauvignon Blanc - herbal notes predominate. The palate is balanced by the addition of gooseberry and lime flavors. An incredible pairing with grilled swordfish with a Mediterranean salt rub of rosemary, lemon and lavender. Blissful.
