Started out like wet autumn leaves, but soon opened up. Lots of spice, nuts, hint of liquerice, and toasted orange peel. Still got a decent amount of acid and tannins. Definetly worth a gurgle.

Like Morgan Freemans voice, this is deep and mature, yet virile; very complex and rich nose of cherries and plumb skins, with continuously oscillating layers of spices: liquorice, vanilla pods, cloves, and hints of fine farm soil emerging at the end; still a fair bit of tannin and a healthy, fresh steak of acidity (the former is integrated but still peppery, the latter almost more primary than developed). Very long indeed. Just keeps getting better - after 4 hours there are still no signs of it tiring!
